A New Model
To better help future residents see how a studio apartment can be furnished and live, Russellville Park East invested in a fully furnished apartment.
ACKERLY AT SHERWOOD
New Building 1 & 2-Bedroom Models
At this newly built senior community, developers wanted to help future residents envision how the space could be used in these spacious apartments. DKD provided design and FF&E procurement.
ACKERLY AT TIMBERLAND
Refresh to Existing 2-Bedroom Model
This model and guest unit was not meeting the sales teams needs. Using the existing furniture and adding new bedding, artwork and styling the unit greatly improved this marketing tool at the Ackerly at Timberland. DKD provided design and FF&E procurement.

Studio Model
Used as a guest apartment, this studio received a fresh facelift with new bedding, pillows, lamps and artwork. We worked with the existing furniture and rearranged to better serve short term and long term guest needs.
VERSO APARTMENTS
Decor Revitalization to Lobby and Elevator Landings
By providing small decor pieces as well as plant life, we were able to provide warmth and interest to an unfinished space.
